In this document, "jeewin", "platform", "we", or "service" refers to the jeewinlogin.cam website and all gaming and betting services operated under it. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person who accesses this platform, whether registered or not.

• "Account" means the personal profile registered on jeewin.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in an account.

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, all related accounts may be suspended or cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support centre immediately.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jeewin is ৳100. Accepted methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits should be credited to your account instantly after a successful transaction; if there is any delay, please contact the support centre.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to complete. You must use the same method for withdrawal that was used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawal requests may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Sending or receiving funds through another person's account is prohibited. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and the related account may be temporarily frozen.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at jeewin, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount — meaning for a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if the conditions are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• jeewin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• During one promotion, another promotion may not apply at the same time — please read the terms of each offer separately.

4.3 VIP Cashback

jeewin's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is given at each level based on weekly net losses — up to 0.2% at Bronze and up to 1.2% at Diamond. For example, if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeewin and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using any software, bot, or automation tool to play games or place bets.
• Placing artificial bets or exchanging balances with the intent of meeting bonus conditions.
• Attempting any form of fraud, hacking, or security breach on the platform.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.

5.2 Game Results

Games on jeewin are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are impartial and verifiable. If a technical error affects a game result, jeewin reserves the right to void or restore the bets for that game.

jeewin believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all users to read our responsible gaming guidelines and limits.

• Users may set deposit limits or betting limits on their accounts.
• If needed, you may request a temporary break from your account or ask for it to be permanently closed.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily. To do so, please contact the support centre. Before closing the account, all active bets should be settled and the remaining balance withdrawn.

The applicable law and jurisdiction governing the interpretation of these terms and conditions are determined solely by jeewin's operating authority. In the event of any dispute, a resolution will first be sought through discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the applicable legal process will be followed.
